Ingredients

• 8 oz. elbow noodles, cooked
• 1 lb. Soy Kaas Cheddar soy cheese, shredded
• 8 oz. soft silken tofu
• 2 cups unsweetened soymilk
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. minced garlic
• 2 Tbs. soy margarine

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix drained noodles with 2 cups grated cheese, tofu, soymilk, salt, garlic and margarine. Place in 2-quart ovenproof dish, and top with remaining cheese.
3. Bake about 40 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven, and serve.
